In the odd chance that someone cares, I recommend http://www.hotscripts.com/Detailed/13053.html Simple Mail Script to handle your basic form emailing. Since it uses php instead of perl it is really easy and quick to set up.
I'm sure any of you that already know php could write the script that handles mail, but for us newbies this is perfect.
