How many sites on a server plz?

Hi,

All new signups are put onto server Lucky, we will put a maximum of around ~100-~200 accounts on it depending on the traffic of each account and how much CPU resources they use, so if we have 100 accounts which uses very little to no resources, then we can have a lot more, but if we have 100 that have very low traffic, and 50 that have medium-high usage, we would stop putting clients on that server.

Also depends on the server specs.

But sites start low and grow.

If you oversell to start wif then later sites grow and server diez

Example 100 sites each allowed 50gb means server has 5tb allocated

We would not put 100 accounts with 50gb bandwidth limit on this server along with other accounts.

We would probably put between 10-50, and if the sites that use little bandwidth grows big, and it's overloading the server, we can arrange it to have it moved to another server.

PS: We don't oversell, if we have 100 50gb accounts, that'd be 5000gb bandwidth for the server, we have a ~4mbit / 100mbit port for the server, which wouldn't be able to boost up to 5000gb bandwidth :)

I feel sorry for anyone on a server doing 5000gb a month.

I would too, and i'm sure some hosts would do that :)
