Downtime?

A friend of mine referred me here, but it seems like the site's been down most of the morning. What is your uptime gaurantee?

Hi, im very sorry about the downtime, we are new and currently are sharing our server with another site that hosts people. It seems like 1 of the sites they host are getting us attacked or nuked with lots of traffic always at the same time in the morning USEast time.

After getting few more customers we'll be switching all of our to a new server 512mb DDR Ram, Pentium Celeron 1.7ghz and 2x 80gb Harddrive with CPanel and etc.. and 1000gb bandwidth

Then we will be able to guarentee 99% Uptime :D

Do you have any idea when that might be? Being able to gurantee 99% uptime?

All our current clients are on our new server
Its not a Celeron 1.7ghz
Its a Intel Cele 2.2GHZ (Equal to a Pentium 4) and 512MB RAM

Our current server has had 100% Uptime :)

NOTE: We're no longer sharing a server with another host, we now have our own dedicated server.
