Hi, i only joined yesterday but i must admit this hosting is good, i am the server lucky, i have a few problems with ftp and slowness but ive just contacted support and they seem to have very good manors and are very helpful

Also on this forum they reply almost instant, everytime i enquire they seem to be there straight away

the site is very professional, and very easy to use

10+ in my opinion

im really glad i came with these people, the ftp is sorted fully now, i also went in live chat and they was very helpful, im glad i ditched DN2K (unproffesional) and went with cirtex hosting

Update : after roughly after 3 months

Well, im still pleased with the hosting, a few issue with the server (lucky), but i then got moved to Smiley, and have hardly had any major problems. The live support has gone a bit downhill, but most of the time they do reply. The ticket support is also still above satisfactory (excellent), would recomend people to this hosting. 100% recomend. My account was suspended for personal issue between me and another site, but i must say the support team have handled this very well
