I signed up with Cirtex on December 26th, 2006, and I've come to realize that Cirtex has amazing customer support.
The first few weeks however, were not as amazing. I experienced really slow loading times. When I sent in a ticket, the customer support person said that nothing was wrong with my website, but when I went back to check, it was still slow. I went on my neighbor's computer to check, and it was slow there also.
The other things are fine though. Cirtex has amazing plans for low costs. It would be nice if Cirtex added unlimited everything (Databases, FTP accounts, etc.) onto the standard plan though. But anyways.
The slowness issue was solved in mid January, when all of a sudden, my website speeded up.
The overall thing is : Cirtex is a great hosting provider with great support. And it doesn't cost a lot. :top:
