Hi, just wanted to say good job to you guys and let everybody know I think you're doing a great job. My site is for reviewing/rating stores and services, and I gave you guys a good review on my site too! Come check it out, I need more people to post.
So other than just "good," Cirtex has had excellent customer service from the very beginning. I signed up at the end of November 2006 an the customer service couldn't be better. Uptime for me has been mainly good and speed is nothing to complain about. However, my site is down at least once a day for a period of 3 or so minutes, but it doesn't seem like there's anything that can be done about that. And the packages are really great for the money.
