CirtexHosting had a hosting special over at webhostingtalk for the month of febuary. I pick up one account and picked up another 1 week later...A regret, even though it's a cheap sale I believe it should never be like that, But I know now that this is CirtexHosting business model.......If I could, I want a refund on both if my account, it makes no sense, having a hosting when it is not even up, try editing your files or trying to access you cPanel, you wait and watch tv, then come back it is still the same off-back on, then off again.
Worst Hosting Company Ever!!!

First of all, we never hold back a refund so you can just ask billing department anytime for one, and also explain your situation so we can investigate for you.
Please let me know your domain and server you're on via PM, also private message your phone number and a good time to reach you at so I can check with you what the problem is and give you a call back.

lol. I like how you remove the sad face and edited my post. Your hosting is of a poor quality.
Stay away from here. I been taking a screen capture of my messages and will document and will post at webhostingtalk.com and all of the hosting forums. I've already blog about this company.

Sorry that was edited out by accident when I edited your thread, because you had "Worst Hosting Company Ever!!!" in BOLD + Size 8 and I made it regular.

We have not heard back from customer other than here on the forums, we've tried contacting him multiple times without any success.

Just exactly what do you want to talk about? I just want my site up, both are down again.:(
I will only ask for support IF my site is down, I don't need anything else. All I want is my site to be up, does not do me any good if they are down...Makes sense to you?

No problem, we just tried contacting you and no reply.
Your site is located in DC3, which had a issue with it's Core Router this morning causing some downtime. Sorry for the inconvenience.
