This week will mark my sixth month with Cirtex. Here's my attempt at a review:

Positives -

Quick to respond to forum questions and requests. They may not have the answer but at least the acknowledge your existence.

I've never had a problem with the sales or billing department, unlike some hosts I've had in the past.

Online help gets a passing grade as well (barely). Sometimes you will get that random answer that makes no sense.
My Question: My Awstats have not updated for 3 days
Online Help's Answer: Yes, thank you.

They are always upgrading and looking to enhance their business. Some companies will stop caring after they fill a server. Cirtex keeps up to date with the latest versions of everything.

Negatives -

Online help has gone down hill since I first signed up. Once again don't be surprised if you get a crazy response to a question.

I'm not sure how many levels of Admins their are but the lower levels know about as much as I do, and thats not a good thing. After going round and round they finally send it to the senior admin and he fixes the problem in about 2 minutes.

Overall this is a great place to host a website because of the price and how proactive they are in upgrading hardware and software.

Thank you for your kind words and feedback Ben, we're constantly upgrading our services as you said coming up with new features for our customers :) Along with training new staff as we grow thus if it is an advanced issue, it usually will be escalated to senior technicians to address.

Updated 9 month review

Positives:

This forum is still the great for getting quick help to problems. The most proactive hosting forum I have ever seen.

Live help has gotten better as the new staff has been trained/hired.

Tickets are always responded to promptly. This is an absolute must for any good hosting company and Cirtex is one of the best at it.


Negatives:

FFmpeg Hosting Enabled on all servers. They have got to fix that. Its just a resource hog that kills server reliability. I've seen loads that are high enough to fry an egg on the server. They do fix the problem as soon as you send a ticket but I get tired of sending tickets about the very same problem...over and over and over.

Overall:

I honestly can say I'm still happy with Cirtex even with all the growing pains they have had lately. For the money its the best host I have used.
