Hi, this is my review for customer support. I have divided it into three key sections: Live Help, Ticketdesk, Plans, and Overall
Live Help
I thought that this aspect of the site could have done a little better. Let me explain. Now, sometimes I could understand where these answers are coming from, considering what time it must be where they are. Other times, though, some answers seemed just out there. Like, you'd ask a complex question like "How well does script A run versuses script B?" and they'd say "Yes." Huh? Did I miss something? Anyway, most of the time the live help is very good. Also, I would like to take this time to specially thank Paul. Paul was EXTREMELY helpful throughout all of this. Also, he must have some strong willpower to see my name in the live help line and actually respond. Good job, Paul! By the way, I RARELY got random answers with him. I recieved them with others of which I won't name.

This was, by far, the most helpful part of the site. I did notice that some people from live help were answering tickets as well. Thing is, they were a lot more thourough in the tickets. Also, response time was absolutely incredible! I have NEVER gotten such fast responses. I remember that I wanted to upgrade my account and literally within 1 to 2 minutes I got my response! You guys rock!
Plans
Don't you think that these explain themselves? Like the other parts of the site, I have never seen such good plans in my life. I practically fell over backwards when I found out that ALL the modules I needed were installed on the server, and if they weren't, they said that they would install them for me. For FREE! What more can you ask for in a plan?
Overall
I think you might get the picture of what I think of Cirtex Hosting overall. Let me put it this way: If I had to rate Cirtex 1 through 10, I would give them a 30. Get the idea?
I hope I wasn't mean. Now, if you will excuse me, I have some support tickets to respond to (just kidding, but not for long).
