Can Cirtex handle a Digg effect ?

I'm wondering if Cirtex servers could handle a DIGG effect, on a dinamic website (for example a Wordpress blog ) ?

We can handle a digg effect depending on the extent of it, and of course when it happens we'll most likely need to first check and make sure it is legit traffic, then do necessary tweaks for your account if needed. If its 100% dynamic php/mysql site we might have to suspend the database and try hosting it on a remote server for ya ;)

So, if I start a marketing campaign for one of my websites and I know in proportion of 90% that I will be hit by I DIGG effect, and maybe a Slashdot, or other high traffic spike.What you advice me to do before that ?

Probaby it would be best if you contacted our sales department and have us look over your website, try to optimize it so on for best performance so during time of digg effect, it can hang on there without causing too much server issues ;)
