As other have said Cirtex has by far the fastest Support than any other host I have used in the past 3-4 years. Their ticket response time is amazing, even if it takes 4-5 replies to get a real answer or get your ticket escallated to level 2 support. With that said their quick response is extremely nice, but without quality support speed is nothing. A few issues I've had to fix myself and a few issues were never resolved and I have since given up on. It's unfortunate that problems arrise, but atleast Cirtex is there to answer you, even if it's not the correct answer or the answer you want to here. The frequent downtime of their servers since I have joined leads me to think that their 99.5% uptime is a rare occurance, but maybe I just joined at a bad time. One thing I can say is that when something is broke, their support is quick to reply to confirm something is broke and that there is no accurate ETA available. Apologies are always good, but you can't pay bills with them.
And to give an example of their support, this is one of the issues I had which (luckily) ended up fixing itself:
I was having a DNS issue with my account, 3 replies to my ticket later and their support was still trying to convince me that my problem was that my index.html file was empty... I populated the file with something to satisfy them and their reply was along the lines of "Now you're fixed." I ended up telling them to just close the ticket as the conversation was killing brain cells at an alarming rate. Luckily whatever the problem was resolved itself about an hour later (or somebody else was having the same problem and had more patients than I did at the time).
Overall I don't think I'll be leaving Cirtex, mainly because I doubt I'll find anything better and I'm not willing to pay for VPS or Dedicated just yet. I'm also under the impression (from reading other experiences) that these problems will iron themselves out sooner or later, and luckily my sites are not live just yet... but they will be by my 6 month review and it will be reflected accordingly.
