Hi
One tip is to login to AdminCP and Optimize all MySQL Tables for Database.
Also try to uninstall some unnecessary addons/mods for vbulletin as they will slow things down in general.

You could also try the template compressor mod. That will decrease your loading times. I noticed you run Flashchat, if users don't log out that can contribute to your problems.
As far as your other mods I don't see anything that would really cause slow loading times. I'd keep an eye on ajax mods that display their content in posts though (Thanks/Hide mods). That can slow you down if you get 20+ users trying to access pages of your board.
I run a vb forum on another shared host and right now we have about 5000 members with between 15-50 active at any one time. It can get very slow and we'll need a vps or dedi soon. If you're planning on your forum growing that's something to keep in mind.

Im going to get rid of the flashchat i think, its pointless having at this stage, can you tell me how to compress the template (is it cache or something) ? thanks for all the advice
EDIT : Just deleted some unused tables in the database and its working a bit faster, so i just need to do the compression of the template :D

I think your best bet is to stick to the vbulletin forums for support related to things like that. To stop spam you have to enable the image verification on signup. I don't remember the exact location in the admincp but it's in the vbulletin options section.
