As far as I can tell this file (/home/simsuco/public_html/order/solidworks/smarty/templates_c/%%D6^D62^D62C9127%%manager_frames.tpl.php)
Doesn't exist. I get a 400 error when I tried. So that may be why that script can't fetch it. All these crazy characters (%%D6^D62^D62C9127%%) seem like they shouldn't be there. Check and see if that file is there. Or if you specified a wrong path in a config file somewhere.

I don't think your suppose to edit smartyclass things.

Long shot but I had 1 of them template_c errors before (another script) - I think its like a virtual directory type thing, I fixed it by creating it and CHMOD to 777. Could try & hope lol
