Changing the logo on my YouTube Clone site?

Hi, my YouTube clone is up and running fine. But the only problem is that I cant seem to work out how to change the YouTube logo at the top.

See if there's a /templates folder... look for a filename head somewhere and see if the logo is there to edit and replace with your own.

Hi

Do you have a logo in .gif format?
If so

1) Rename it to logo.gif
2) Upload it into your account by using cPanel -> File Manager
Overwrite current logo.gif when prompted or delete it then upload yours
