If you look back, you can see my previous posts detailing past experiences as a new user with Cirtex Hosting. It is an understatement to say it was a bumpy start. I had numerous tickets open. The same story you may have read in other posts. No need to detail further.
I did want to come back and give an update. I still have a service watch uptime for the db and web services. When I first started, I would see them go up and down numerous times daily. Now, it hardly ever happens, and when it does, it's just for a brief moment. They are well within the uptime they promise.
I can't comment on customer support as I haven't had an open ticket in months. I was drawn back here because I was having toolkit issues (ImageMagick) and found out they had moved the binaries without my knowledge. Maybe they posted something, but I don't regular the forums. They did just change it to the other path they mention in the help section (originally was /usr/bin and now /usr/local/bin).
I know many people dropped off during their "building" stages, but I stuck around and can say I'm very glad I did.
