Two month review

Actually, it's been more like two and a half, but ih, who's counting?

The pros:
-- The prices are outstanding and I got a very good value in terms of space and bandwidth for a relatively insignificant price.
-- The response time for customer service is excellent, and furthermore it is extremely polite.
-- Fantastico makes otherwise tedious downloads and setups very easy and automated.
-- It has server side support for a wealth of different languages and libraries. Almost every day I discover something I didn't know I could do because I wasn't allowed to on previous servers I've worked with.

The cons:
-- While the server does seem to be up most of the time, sometimes it will randomly go down for five minutes or so, or sometimes as many as ten or fifteen. While this is not horribly devastating, it is very annoying.
-- While the response time for customer service is quick, they don't always completely resolve the issue and I have often resorted to finding my own workaround solution.

All together, I have to say that I'm pretty happy with the hosting here and that I'm happy to be working with cirtexhosting.

There is always something... (downtimes and overloading) STILL among the allowed percent they promise.

But it has to be recognized: I had a terrific response. So I won't contact the tech guys only for problems this time. It's ok :) . The uptime is far better than my old hosting provider and I'm still here. I still check every day and the status monitor, but to make justice, I have seen good manners in attending customers here.... Some techs at other places just get rude ("I see no problem, ticket closed") The day this contradictions happen, everybody leaves.
