Hi.
I've been with Cirtex now for just over 3 months.
The good point is its very cheap, however, i've just about had enough of the constantly slow servers, servers that are down (like it is now) my domain is'nt even resolving right now.
I've read all the other comments posted on this forum, and as far as i can see no one else is having any problems appart from me.....
I've tried live help, whom sometimes take 30 min to answer a basic question, this is NOT an exageration.I'm really at my wits end with this company.
So, i'd like to ask the admin here, what is the problem?? why are my sites down so often, hanging so often, which means i can't do any work at all??
If these problems arn't sorted by my next invoice i certainly won't be continuing with this hosting company, its very frustrating!
My sites been down now for over 30 min and this is beyond the joke, its been bad for so long but i held out hoping its a problem that would get sorted over time, but its only getting worse.....
Can someone from the admin tell me whats going on please? and when it will be sorted??? and why the servers are slow or down so often...
I'm sorry to be negative, but im so stressed with all this, it's really not fair.
