My plan: Basic
The pros:
-- The prices are good in terms of value and space/bandwidth.
-- Response time is great, max. 5-10min. on tickets 24/7.
-- Helps out if a script doesn't work because of server limits.
The cons:
-- The servers can randomly be a bit slow from time to time, but is usually corrected quite quick.
-- Live support can improve.
Notes:
I can almost only say positive things about this host. When they realized that I was living in Denmark, they moved me to their NJ datacenter to get a better ping for free, and they respond to tickets within minutes. HOWEVER I do think that their live support can improve a great deal. I ask some basic questions, and they refer me to posting a ticket, this has happened to me two times. Since I'm living in Denmark, my ticket times can be a bit off the clock in the States, but it doesn't matter at which time I post - they still respond very fast indeed. The servers are quite good as well, although I see a couple of posts on the forums complaining about one or two of their servers, due to overload (overselling?). Anyway - even though I haven't been hosted there for long my experience with them has been great so far, and is highly recommended.
