Help In Installing Clipshare Script Needed Urgently!

I was just wondering if there is a freelancer who can install the clipshare script for me? I received the file for downloading around 12 hours ago... I've emailed support, billing and sales@cirtexhosting.com more thank 7 times already, I've been chatting with online help but of to no avail. I hope somebody can help me.

P.S
Will the website be up and ready after installation of the script? Or will I still need somebody to design it?
