It is annoying the hell out of me, hitting my site and looking for files that do not exist. I finally decided to ban it using .htaccess.
Anyone else is having same problems?

I've seen this a bit lately, and its annoying me too, becaus ewhen i'm searching for httpd overloaders/abusers, I have to now manually make sure they're not getting hit by one of these attacks before being able to send a warning/suspend.

More time wasted :P

Well I guess the htaccess ban helped. It continued to hit my site for couple of days but was getting 403's. Now I do not see it in my logs anymore.
