ahhh boy does it feel good, knowing that I just canceled my 1and1 account.. NEVER GET AN ACCOUNT WITH 1AND1!! :D Your site will always be down (it was down more then twice a day for the past 6 months ive been using them) Download speed is crap, and they take weeks to cancel your account (almost 2 weeks).

Nope, I never really got a response back from them when I sent them support tickets. It was more of a bot sending messages back. I was only with them for 6 months.. My first paid hosting provider, you guys are my 2nd paid provider = way better and have real people working behind the scenes.

Hmm, I've only had domains with 1&1. And cancellations do take 2 weeks or more nowadays. It used to take about 3 days back when they first started up.

Now why does the name Liam Gladdy sound famaliar to my ears?
