Signed up about a month ago and I am love with the service they provide us.
Doesn't matter if it's asking for little personal favors or asking professional service, they are on the top their game.
Tickets are usually answered within minutes, servers are always running smooth and other than one downtime (not their fault, DC took everyone down) the speed is outstanding.
With the price I paid ($2.00/month) and the space and bandwidth (5GB, 100GB) I am getting is wonderful. Let's not forget free static IP they offered free of charge as a special sale.

Customer Relationship: 10/10
Servers: 10/10
Speed: 8/10
Overall: 9/10
Do not let -1 fool you, I am sure they will gain it back again with time in near future.
