View Full Version : My test page
I made a test page on Photoshop, Imageready, and Dreamweaver, I'm pretty pleased with the results except for a few minor things on Firefox (see the bottom of the page) but it looks fine in IE

Tell me what you think could be improved etc, as I say it's only a test so hopefully the proper version will be much better

The lettering needs to be a different color. Black text on the Black-Silver gradient is very hard to read. Grey or White would probably work well here.
Not sure about the green bars....they seem a bit out of place. The Orange does look very good on the dark background though. The green may fit in better once you get some more content on the page.
Hey, good start - it's has a unique feel to it.
Like Calash said the text colour is a bit dark on the background, and the lime green is a bit light I think, also because you have centered the menu & each link is a different length it makes it look untidy - may be if you left align it to so it all starts it the same position.
And once your happy I'd remove the:
<!-- ImageReady Slices (site2.psd) -->
<!-- End ImageReady Slices -->
that Adobe sneaks into your source code ;)
Nice job!:top:
