Well what can I say.

I was always told if you can't say something nice then say nothing at all...

This is not a general support message so why move it?

Is it because you do not want new customer to see how bad your services really are?

I am no longer a customer because I was feedup. There is never 1 time when all your servers are running correctly. Your customers are your business and if you don't start to listen to them you'll soon be out of business.

Cirtex used to be a no1 company for hosting what went wrong?

You need to look at what you do best! Before you installed FFMpeg onto your servers you never had these issues.

Personally I think you should set up 2 servers max with FFMpeg installed on them and move every customer who wishes to use this service onto the 2 servers.

Every other client should be placed onto server with the facility not installed. This way you will run a more reliable services and your customers will praise you for your ability.

A disclaimer stating that you clients use the FFMpeg hosting is at their own risk, would also be a good start, this way you wouldn't have to hand out refunds which is cost for concern, after all bandwidth, servers, software and hardware don't come cheaply!

I'm a business man myself and have been for years, I know what good business pratice is, and that with keeping your old customers happy your business will shine!

Take my advice and your find that all your problems will vanish.
