I have been with Cirtex for roughly a year now and have experience 99.726% Uptime during the pat 329 days of monitoring, which is damn impressive! I've only had a few issues, but usually i come to find that it's just hardware upgrades causing infrequent and shortlived outages or slow response times. The longest my site has been offline was 8 minutes and came to find out it was due to a hard drive being installed for additional backup purposes. Support is fast, courteous and prompt. Also, you cannot beat the price and instant activation!

All in all, I'd give Cirtex a well deserved 9.3/10 (No one's perfect so no one should be portrayed as such)
