My experience has been the hosting is good, but it seems as if you don't want to credit people who set things on subscription, after the subscription payment has been paid(I believe you have a problem in your payment system possibly). I am still awaiting your response to this problem, and see how you address it if you do. But the Hosting uptime for the past 2 years has been very good, otherwise.

Thanks for your kind words, regarding your payment subscription it is probably due to it being still on the old billing system, just PM Me your ticket ID and I'll cancel old subscription for ya and get you on the new system and let you know how to do so.

thank you for resolving it promptly that was quicker than I had expected thought it might be a few days for it to be resolved.
