I'm a new customer here and noobie to setting up vdo sharing website. I know here from my friend.
The customer support is fast reply(~30 min to replay mail) ,Have a little to approve service that some answer not clear and some answer not reply (maybe forget ) but no problem keep your good job
I use clipshare and can setting it work now. But still don't know why when I use resize vdo,server will not create .flv file, I must let vdo in original size no resize for make it work;( (if can resize vdo this maybe can help reduce bandwidth and cpu load) Do someone can help me to solve this problem?
I'm paid yearly on standard plan and hosted at Curry Server. The server run quite fine , sometime laggy and slow or maybe 404error not over 5 min to back fine.(server status is still on ) that make me annoy (today is better).
I read from some thread tell that cirtex is moving many website that make server slow, when the moving plan finish? please let's us know
