As a side note from the TOS page:

11.) Uptime Guarantee

.....credits will be made available to each client, upon request, on a case by case basis. CirtexHosting does not credit a full month's service for minor downtime. This would not be financially healthy for CirtexHosting, and in turn would only negatively affect the service level CirtexHosting provides to you.

"Make us live up to our promise and we will give you cement shoes for your trouble." Nice!

All in all, I am happy with your serivces other than these outtages. Hopefully August will be better!

Thank you for your review, your data accuracy is probably a lot more off than the true uptime as most monitoring sites offering the service free have long intervals.

Our internal monitoring system off different datacenter checks every 2minutes and came up with 99.442% for July. It will definitely be much higher for August and we'll continue to improve upon our services :)

You're right, my report was not accurate. Tech support got back to me and it was actually 94.9% according to your reporting system.
