Hi,
We have recently upgraded our billing system and this major update fixed many many errors and bugs in our billing system.
All users are required to go to http://secure.cirtexhosting.com/billing/clogin.php
and type in their email address in order to have their new billing system password sent to them as this update requires all users passwords reset for "BILLING" only, your cpanel passwords remain the same. After you get your new password, login to billing and you may change the password to billing.
