First post. Not a customer but I hope to be when I get enough money... I haven't been getting any money for a while now so...

anyway.

I suggest that the level 1 support (or whatever the live support people are) should learn that they can say "I don't know". lol

It has been a while since I have dealt with them (pre-sale questions and a problem trying to purchase hosting) so I can't judge them on their recent performance but from my experience they seem to give you their scripted answers, which is sometimes annoying but fine if it actually helps you. but usually their answers have nothing to do with the question you asked.

I would prefer it if they said "i'm sorry, I don't know that, but if you submit a ticket/send an email to support they should be able to help you".

simple suggestion. lol

oh, just so you know. other than that little hiccup your hosting seems to be the best I have seen.
Well, I haven't thoroughly read through your TOS/AUP so I might change my mind about that... lol

Reason for the TOS/AUP comment:
My current host looked great (the space/bandwidth they provided was great) but their TOS/AUP seemed to disallow many websites:
no adult sites
no sites that even link to download sites (illegal downlaods)
no file sharing websites (at all)
no anime sites at all... AT ALL!...
no connecting to IRC or anything (but every host usually has that).
so yea, not the best host... and I have ever only gotten support from 1 person. that 1 person said there was only 2 support persons... so I am not very comfortable with the hosting. but it's all I have so...

lol, yeah...
