Is there a template folder with a footer file? or open up your index.php and see how the templates are rendered/where from.

ye there is, i found it anyway, database thing, i want to edit the faq, about us and privacy pages but cant figure out how!

Err...yea your "About Us" and "FAQ" pages are empty lol. Plus, the ad on the bottom says something about not having a girlfriend. How does your site know I didn't have one? :p
