Just a quick question

I've signed up and paid for a economy plan, I've used my debit card and supplied my secuirty number CV2 (whatever it's called) I don't have a issue number on my card as not all cards do. When i got afirst email it said I was paying by credit card. and in another section of the email it said it'd take upto 24 hours. I've now got another two emails saying I'm good to go. I just don't want it going funny? Please ease my worry (someone from cirtex).

This happend to me, sometimes it does a security check on you. Sometimes it trusts you. All to stop people doing fraud.

So even though it said I paid by credit card, approved by credit card etc and I paid with my visa debit card it should be fine? My uess that live support is only on mon-fri? Well I'll get a official response by monday I should imagine, thanks for your reply though Pardoy, I'm thinking it was because I kept it on credit card as opposed to paypal thinking you had to have paypal account. I'm able to log in etc so am slighty confused, just worry too much sometimes that's my problem.

Welcome Novice-Man!! Glad to have you aboard!!

As far as I understand the billing folks are on here m-f, but do pop in occassionally over the weekend and could potentially take care of your situtation over a weekend. Also everything is u.s. times so if you are in the u.k. I'm not sure what the time difference would do it could benefit you.

Tech support is 24-7 for something you might have messed up with cpanel or other hosting related.

Cheers dvdriot, well I've got all my log in details etc and just messing about learning new things After i got all my content etc done I'll get more serious about it and start to focus, and then upgrade my account if still happy with service and speed. Thiking of going the semi-dedi or dedi route in all due course to be honest.
