Hi, Dedicated IP is fine, RDNS is fine as well.
Dedicated IP is an extra $3/month. We can put Reverse DNS for that.

Thanks for the info.

$3 per month per ip is a little expensive though, especially as most hosts give some free and then charge $1 per month per ip for exra ones.

I am aslo a little concerned about the DNSBL listings for happy.cirtexhosting.com and pretty.cirtexhosting.com
Looks like hostnoc/burstnet is not a good choice of provider!

Thanks anyway.

Why do you need a dedicated IP? We havnt received any complaints either regarding server happy listed on spews. Pretty isn't

Not too sure where you're getting this from. I believe it was listed due to a spammer signing up in which we terminated account immediately after we found out.

Ok, you'll probably want to find another host if you're very concerned about spam listings. (Most users aren't affected by this and we're trying to get the ips delisted from the spam databases)

Just an update, the ips are listed under Spews as State 0 which means that it's not a blocked IP.

Hello,

Just because a so-called "Spam Blacklist" lists a certain company doesn’t mean it’s a bad one. With the high volume of servers the major datacenters push each day, some things can fall through the cracks. In situations where someone is listed, you would need to take a look at the policy of the people listing the company. Take for example Spews. If you are listed at spews, you might not have spammed but some one on the same subnet has. Spews will gradually list all the ips in the class C if they think you are not doing anything about it. Also spews has no contact information and is not regulated by any accountable body or firm so they answer to no one. They list false info in their whois for the domain which are things I find to dilute their credibility in trying to rid the world of spam. Other spam blockers like SpamCop list the site once they get the warning, then they let the ip block owner know of the listing, and if no spam is reported within 48 hours, they will remove you. Just because joe shmoe thinks he is a vigilante and decides to brand a whole company as spammers because the run of the mill spammer signed up for one of the clients of one of the company's server, spammed and ran, doesn't make the datacenter, or their client the spammers they are branded by these so called Spam Blacklisters. There was a spammer on the server, he was caught and removed and the spam lists that actually try to help rid the world of spam have removed the entry because no more spam has been sent out. I don’t recall any complaints of emails being rejected because of being on this list so the decision to sign up for Cirtex Hosting is up to you. If you feel the price per month for an IP address is too much, there are other companies that don’t even sell IPs to shared accounts, and there are those who give them out for free because they have the resources to do so.

Thanks for taking an interest in Cirtex Hosting.
