Trouble siging up.

I have tried to sign up for your Basic package and every time I get the Fraudulent order detected. I know my CC is valid and am wondering how to correct this?

Hi,

It seems like your order was marked as FRAUD by our system. Please make sure you order again with the
correct billing address. (Especially Country!)

If you're still being marked as fraud, email back with a scan of some sort of verification (ex: ID or CC or Passport) attached so we can verify this order. As an alternative, you can also call 1-888-4-CIRTEX and leave a message, be sure to mention your name and domain and reply to this email and we'll set it up.
Let us know your domain and what package/payment cycle and payment method you want and I'll place your order manually.
