If forum don't work try gallery I've seen it mentioned a few times as well and it seems to be floating around the internet. Might do the trick for you.

Both of these coupons are active and should work correctly (besides on the Basic plan).

Additionally maybe it is a small spelling issues such as forum / forums ? Just another thought that came to mind.

No, the coupon code forum is only available for Shared hosting (Standard & Higher), or Reseller plans.
