This all depends on current server & network traffic, we do not explicitly cap site connections. Our servers are on 100mbps ports to the internal datacenter network, which is connected via numerous high speed gigabit links to the Internet. The total speed you can expect will depend on the current usage in the datacenter as well as from the hosting server, and also your home internet connection.
Personally, I have averaged downloads from our hosting servers to my location at 400KB/s, sometimes higher and sometimes a bit lower. If you'd like a download test link, send in a ticket to
