I know your datacenter is in Pennsylvania but where are your offices located?

How many customers do you have? How many are resellers?

How many staff members do you have?

What was the cause of your last major downtime and how long did it take to resolve the problem?

- Our datacenter is located in Pennsylvania
- We're located in New York
- We currently have 3 staffs, including 2 Support/Sales and a Server Admin, the Datacenter have many Staffs monitoring everything going on 24/7/365.
- We cannot give you that number but our servers are not overloaded.
- Our last major downtime was in february caused by the datacenter. The issue was fixed within few hours by the datacenter.

I am just looking for a rough number to judge how well established you are. More along the lines of do you have 5 clients or 5000 clients.

Definitely more than 5 but less than 5000, I'd say in the 3 Digit range.
