hi, i can not edit text in the web page

hi i'm trying to change the text in my website by replacing it. i tried to copy an article in word format and past it in to design page but when i make save all what i have past it will go, that is it will not save the words that i have past it.
what is the problem please

when i want to change the background color of my website and click save several times and( generat and go to step 3 ) then puplish it will not change any thing it will remain wight background

Is this the site builder?

If the problem has just occurred and worked fine before it may be something to do with the script/server, as you've already added content I can't see you doing it wrong - so you'd be best opening a ticket (http://support.cirtex.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit).
