Hi. I would be nice if Cirtex could update the awstats info.
It's the 30th today and the last update was made the 26th.....:turtle:

Does automatically mean every day or every week?
It seems that the awstats is updating when I post a ticket.
Am I the only one with problems regarding awstats on Daisy?

Automatically means once every 24-48 hours in this case. Sometimes large sites will cause statistics to get backed up for the whole server, so we will sometimes have to manually run stats for some sites.

Rarely do mine update on a normal regular basis, however I do have the update link in the top of my awstats and when I click on update it automatically runs the update, so it's no big deal to me. I thought most of the servers had this feature in awstats now.

So would say it's an inconvenience or more work to click the update button, but I think I like it better because I can just click that to get instant results as opposed to waiting x-amount of time for the server to do it.

I'm not sure if mine are totally updating the bandwidth where it says "monthly bandwidth transfer" in the left column of cpanel. But again I can get a pretty good ball park idea by hitting that update button in awstats.

You can have your awstats have an option that will enable a link so you can manually force a statistics update. Although, all statistics should update automatically every night. You can email support@cirtexhosting.com if you are having issues with this.
