unable to read uploaded files

Hi,

I try to make design changes to my website but I'm unable to read files.
the component "Zend Optimizer" is not installed on the web server and therefore cannot service encoded files when I upload them.
Someone can help me with youtube clone design changes ?

Which clone are you using?

Zend should be installed on all servers, so you should open a ticket about this.

Thanks for your reply.

I use Vshare you tube clone and I'm unable to read files when I upload them with dreamweaver 4 or filezilla. Even when I try to open them directly on my server, I cannot read them.

They installed Zend Optimizer 3.0 on my server and I still cannot read them.
Any ideas why ?

Make sure the files that you upload match sizes with the ones on your hard drive. In addition, check to make sure the files on the server kept the correct extension. Sometimes a FTP program will strip the extension when you transfer the file (though it shouldn't happen with FileZilla).
