Small reseller, big worries

Hi
I'm a small reseller, with around 100 domains (WHM/cPanel) and am very close to moving to Cirtex. Answers to the following questions will be greatly appreciated:

1. Will Cirtex move all my cpanel accounts over for me? There is one account in particular which needs to have as little downtime as possible; will Cirtex work with me (I can change TTL on my side etc, edit DNS zone to point to Cirtex etc) to minimize downtime?

2. Will the one-click ffmpeg hosting be available to my clients as well?

3. Is Cirtex familiar with the reverse DNS requirement for co.za domains (most of my clients have co.za domains)

4. Because updating co.za domains is not instant (it's a 24 hour ticketing system) should I register a new domain to use for my nameservers? So that I can have the old host/nameservers pointing here, and the new nameservers here, using the new domain?

5. I'm interested in the RC-3 package... what happens if/when I outgrow it?

6. I'm very excited to see the SSH access -- have never had it before. Will jailed SSH be available for my clients?

7. Should I worry so much?

Hi Steve

To answer your questions.

1) We do free transfers but 100 accounts is a bit too much unless you have your own private server with us or your currently on a dedicated server so on. But we will work with you either way to minimize downtime

2) Yes sir

3) We can work this out, we host many .co.za domains

4) You can do that or use .cirtexhosting.com dns servers

5) You can move to a dedicated server, but I'd recommend a VPS Plan to start, and you can outgrow the VPS. I have PMED you VPS Plan details, it is still not open to public but it is stable and i think will suite you better

6) Yes you can use both

7) Nope, not at all

I would actually never expect you to move all 100, but would you work (closely) with me to move the one important account over? The client has a mysql database which stores around 200-300 important submissions by his website visitors every day, and it is very important that none (as far as possible) are lost.

I've been looking for a new host for quite a few weeks now, and your prompt answers here have helped make my decision a lot easier, so thanks again.

For anyone following this thread, I've now signed up with Cirtex, after many very responsive and friendly PMs between me and John (CirtexAdmin) and it looks like everything's off to a good start!

Mmm. I've been waiting for two hours for a response to a support ticket. This does not bode well. What timeframe should we expect tickets to be responded to?
