I agree whether the staff or us customers get angry cirtex does seem to get to the bottom of things fast. They do reply to even our gripes in a professional matter and do their best to resolve the situation.

Support/helpdesk tickets = fastest in the business.

Thank you all, and thanks for putting up with the occasional complaints we fling you guys. I know you must deal with more than we know.

I have complained a little myself but it's all good and nothing personal, just trying to get a point across and for you to take us serious. Which unlike so many others...you folks do seem to listen to your customers.

They might be fast at replying however replies are often poor with bad english and avoiding the question at hand...

If you ever receive a reply that is not satisfactory you can always ask that your ticket be moved to the next highest level of support.

The english may not be perfect, but they do seem to understand and follow up in above average time. If something is misunderstood and similar upon replying you do hear back from these guys withing minutes compared to hours at other hosts...no joke I've been there.

This is the only host I've ever been with that answers within minutes no matter what day or time it happens to be.

I've had other accounts with other hosts that can take up to 4+ hours with the same poor english.

I recently installed a script for a client that was using another host, the english the other host used was way more difficult to understand. I had to read the message several times. So bottom line it's everywhere.
