How do i download it? It says I do not have permission. I thought it was free.

I believe you have to join the forum, because they use the forum to store the file, so just register to the forum, it's still free, when it asks for your Pligg version just say "none" or whatever you want, there's no verification email, then you'll be able to download it, I just tested.
