Sometimes live chat can be very busy. In this case it would probably be quicker to send an E-Mail to support@cirtexhosting.com than to wait on live chat.

Hi,

Sometimes we get an overflow of chats thats going on vs many pending tickets so the best way is to just submit a ticket for fastest response.
