1- how much time u need to activate my account after i order and is there any confirmation need

1- Instantly after you order, just make sure after you pay from paypal.com or 2checkout you click on continue for paypal and be returned to our billing and it'll create account and send email.
2- We allow that and as long as it's ok with our terms of service it should be fine. Though note if you have many many users on your chat room 24/7 it might be problem.
