I think your questions are very reasonable and I don't think any of us regular users can confirm this totally for you.

The billing department would really need to reply to this for 100% confirmation.

I would expect them to reply shortly. Otherwise you might consider asking by means of helpdesk or sending a direct email to billing@cirtexhosting.com Support is 24-7 but I think billing/sales related are not always available on weekends and off peak hours.

Just to make sure I would prefer to hear it directly from them for total confirmation, just to be on the safe side.

On a side note I am pleased with the service here. Everyone has there ups and downs but I've been with them for well over a year now, and I'm still hear. I wouldn't be hear otherwise.
