View Full Version : Only positive feedback?
On this customers experience page i only see happy customers. To be fair that looks a little fishy. Its almost impossible to get only positive feedback from customers... there are always people, that maybe do dislike the service due to their own fault, but there are people with negative responses.
I hope its just me that has this idea.
Is there a way to test your service for a few days and see how the speeds are and if its really as great as posted here?

Hi,
I agree, there can't be a webhosting company with 100% happy customers, but we donnot have any customers that are displeased with our service to the point that they'll want to post a negative feedback about us here in our forum. We also have many happy customers who appreciate our service and support that we provide as well as the affordable pricing and decide to post about it here on the forum. We do not and have not deleted any customer posted comments in this forum and we don't plan on removing any customer reviews in the future as long as it's a honest review.

 well, as long as the support team do it's job and the uptime is hmmm... better than 99,5% (I have some services that check my website avilability at every half hour) I don't see why we should write bad reviews. Of course, the machines might broke down, and this could happen to anyone, but as long as support is there and they resolve the problems... it's just fine.
And regarding the testing... I don't think that there is anybody who can't afford 2$ for 1 month of testing. You can get the 2 $ package and you can test the service for a month. I think it's pretty fair this way.
I think i will be testing this service soon, good idea to take the cheapest package first and see how it goes :)
EDIT:
i just signed up. If it all goes well i will be going to order a much larger package next month :)

Don't panic if in the next few days you will notice some unavailability of some options of your cPanel. Conform to this post:
http://forums.cirtexhosting.com/showthread.php?t=353
they are installing a new version of cPanel on their servers. Until now, server Pretty has the new cPanel installed, but it need some finetuning (ex: Fantastico link is missing). If you encounter any problem, write a support ticket (you will have to register with the support ticket system first) to let them know if there's anything to be fixed.

Yes, it's true that there should be a balance of negative comments as well, but so far, I honestly have not had any major problems with CirtexHosting to complain about, and I've been with them for over a year. The only downtime we ever had that lasted more than a day, there was an offer of refunds for the month. The majority of the previous hosts I had didn't even have this option, and they had more downtime than Cirtexhosting did. With the other companies, they couldn't care less if your domain was down for a day or a month. There were no refunds. Every time I've had a problem (and this isn't often), I've had responses within 2-3 days, usually just 1 day. Every downtime was explained here in the forums, so you're very well updated and know exactly why there's trouble and what's currently being done to fix it. I personally cannot think of any negative input at all. This is the best service I've had by FAR. Cirtexhosting don't lose your data, have random downtime 2 times a week, switch servers without notifying you, etc. They do their job very well and I've been recommending them to anyone who asked me for a good hosting company.
