what is "packages total"

i have not selected anything additional but i have a packages total of 40$. is this charging me for the options that come with the hosting. somebody fill me in please.

The only extra charge you will incur when ordering hosting is for a domain name if you choose to register one with us. If you find that the total is different than expected you can contact the sales department and we will assist you ASAP.
