It's in beta- but I've got some plans for it. I'm not a webdeveloper and right now it's, admittedly, not any different from any other video sharing website due to my own limitations and lack of knowledge on web development...

I like the layout mind you I do disable sites from trying to open flash or load cookies so I did not see some of it, but I especially like the thumbnails on the left.

All the section headers really need a different color, if I were you I'd go for a dark purple (#580085) or black (#000). On the right side of the page assuming it's some sort of play list, change the video titles and description to white (#FFF). The colors kill my eyes.
