Hi
For the 3 last support tickets i opened i have gotten a responce saying " We didn't see any content in the last email and so please advice us further."
I did fill out all fields + the message so think you have a bug in the form.

Hi

We're aware of a bug in billing.cirtex.com -> helpdesk when submitting ticket

If you email us or use https://support.cirtex.com this shouldn't be an issue.

Please PM me your steps in submitting ticket via billing to support and I'll do some investigating.

UPDATE: This issue should be resolved now for billing -> helpdesk integration.

Sent a ticket to support some hours after your reply and seems like theissue still exists

I filled out all fields in the ticket and I got a reply from paul stating
" There is no content displayed in your previous mail. Please update the ticket with your quires."

Please clean/clear your cache + cookies and re-load https://billing.cirtex.com -> Get Support

What browser are you using by the way?

I use batch files for clearing cache upon browser startup. Im using firfox2.

The problem i had is solved but ill try again next time there is a problem

Still have the same problem, just sent a ticket, fillled out all the fields and got a reply
"The message content is missing in your previous mail. Kindly re-send your queries with domain name and cpanel login info, So that we will assist to resolve your queries ASAP."

Using firefox 3 browser

1) Where did you access helpdesk from, please provide specific URL
2) Did you login to submit the ticket
3) If so can you give me the ticket id #

1. client login box at http://www.cirtexhosting.com/shared.shtml to https://billing.cirtex.com/user.php? from there to https://billing.cirtex.com/user.php?op=menu&tile=mysupport and finall created the ticket at url https://billing.cirtex.com/user.php?op=menu&tile=mysupport&type=add
2. yes i did login

Yes, that is the bug. If you clear cache/cookies and then submit ticket directly from https://support.cirtex.com with or without logging in, this will not occur.

It is only when you submit it through billing->helpdesk that this happens.

We will try to correct this bug asap.
